Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery range
Domestic delivery: covers most local areas, and is delivered by reliable express service providers;
International delivery: supports multi-country delivery, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost and estimated time based on the delivery address.
3. Delivery time
Standard delivery: Domestic delivery usually takes 6 working days, and international delivery is generally between 15 working days;
Expedited delivery: usually takes 3 working days, and the cost and time will be displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping cost description
When the order is settled, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the address and delivery method;
5. Logistics tracking
After delivery, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number, and you can check the transportation progress in real time.
6. Delivery Abnormalities
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, no one to sign for it, or other reasons, please contact us in time for assistance. Re-delivery may incur additional fees.
