I’m honestly amazed at how well TrayFold works! I didn’t expect it to make such a big difference, but it has genuinely made things so much easier and more convenient. It works even better than I expected, and now I can’t imagine going back to doing things the old way!
I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend TrayFold to anyone looking for a simple way to make everyday life easier.

I’m happy with my order overall. I ordered six items, and I appreciate the convenience and practicality of the product. Everything has been good so far, although there are a couple of small things that could be improved to make the experience even better.
Still, I’m pleased with my purchase and would consider ordering again.

Pellet Grills & Smokers
Smoking a pork butt, a brisket or ribs? Snap TrayFold into a tray and set it on the grate. It catches the drippings and rendered fat, so your grates and drip bucket stay clean, and you can save the juices for sauce or for wrapping.
The manufacturer rates TrayFold up to 500°F (260°C), so low-and-slow smoker temps (225–275°F) are well within range. Keep it on the grate, away from open flame. When the cook is done, let it cool, unsnap the corners and peel the baked-on layer off in one piece.

Snap. Roast. Peel. That's it.
No foil, no soaking the roasting pan overnight.
Snap the corners
Snap the four corners and the flat mat becomes a leakproof tray with walls.
Roast as usual
On the oven rack, in a sheet pan or on the smoker grate. The drippings stay in the tray.
Unsnap and peel
Lay it flat and peel the baked-on layer off in one piece. Rinse, done.
Made for the meals that bring everyone together

Sunday chicken, no scrubbing after
Snap the corners, set it on the rack and roast like you always do. The drippings stay in the tray instead of baking onto your pan.

Sized for the holiday table
42 × 29.5 cm (16.5 × 11.6 in) fits a whole chicken, a glazed ham or a turkey crown, so the host gets to sit down too.

Goes on the smoker too
Ribs, pork butt or brisket: set it on the grate for low-and-slow cooks. 225–275°F is well within the manufacturer's 500°F (260°C) rating. Indirect heat only, away from open flame.

Peel, rinse, roll it up
Let it cool, unsnap the corners and peel the baked-on layer off in one sheet. Rinse it or put it in the dishwasher, then roll it into a drawer.
Built to take the heat.
A woven fiberglass core sealed in silicone. Tough enough for a hot oven, flexible enough to roll into a drawer.
- 500°FManufacturer heat rating (260°C)
- 4Snap corners, leak-proof walls
- 0Foil or parchment needed

Silicone-coated fiberglass
- Silicone surfaceSmooth and non-stick. Your food sits on silicone, not on foil.
- Woven fiberglass coreKeeps it flat and strong in the heat, so it won't buckle like a foil pan.
- Silicone rim + snap buttonsFold up into leak-proof walls that keep the juices in.

Rated to 500°F (260°C)
That's the manufacturer's heat rating for the silicone-coated fiberglass. From low-and-slow smoking to a hot roast, it covers the temperatures your recipes call for.
Use it in the oven, a smoker or a pellet grill (on the grate). Not for the broiler, a stovetop burner, open flame or the microwave, because the snaps are metal.

Less oil. No foil. No scrubbing.
- No foil touching your food. Roast straight on silicone.
- No oil spray needed. The non-stick surface lets food release on its own.
- Dishwasher-safe. Peel off the baked-on layer, then rinse it or put it in the dishwasher.
- Reusable. One TrayFold replaces roll after roll of foil and parchment.
Your food sits on silicone, not foil.
Here's what touches your food, and how hot it gets.
- Silicone cooking surface. The same kind of material used in silicone baking mats and spatulas.
- No foil, no aluminum. Nothing to tear or stick to your roast, and no non-stick spray needed.
- Well under its limit. Most roasts cook at 325–425°F. The manufacturer rates it to 500°F (260°C).
- Easy to keep clean. Wash it once before first use. After cooking, peel off the baked-on layer and wash it with soap or in the dishwasher.
Not just for roasts
Turkey, roasted veggies, salmon, pizza and cinnamon rolls. Unsnap it flat for cookies.

Skip the foil. Skip the scrubbing.

Before you order
What can I roast on it?
Ham, chicken, a turkey crown, wings, bacon, salmon and roasted vegetables in the oven, plus pizza, cinnamon rolls and cookies. On the smoker: a pork butt, ribs or brisket. It's made for roasting, not for soup or stew.
What is it made of?
Silicone-coated fiberglass: a woven glass-fiber core sealed in silicone, with a silicone rim and metal snap buttons. Your food sits on smooth, non-stick silicone instead of foil.
Is it safe to cook on?
Your food sits on the silicone surface instead of foil. Use it within the manufacturer's 500°F (260°C) rating, keep it away from the broiler and open flame, don't cut on it, and wash it once before first use. The fiberglass core is sealed inside the silicone, so your food only touches silicone. Don't use knives or metal scrapers on it, and replace it if the surface ever cracks or frays.
Does it go straight on the oven rack?
Yes. Snap the corners and it holds the drippings on its own. It's a soft mat, not a rigid pan, so for a heavy roast set it inside a sheet pan, or slide the rack out and lift it by both short sides with oven mitts. Let the drippings cool for a few minutes before you move it.
Can I use it on a smoker or pellet grill?
Yes. Snap the corners and set it on the grate for low-and-slow cooks like pork butt, ribs or brisket. 225–275°F is well within the manufacturer's 500°F (260°C) rating. Use indirect heat and keep it away from open flame.
How hot can it go?
The manufacturer rates it up to 500°F (260°C). That covers roasting, baking and low-and-slow smoking. Keep it away from the broiler, stovetop burners and open flame, and out of the microwave because the snaps are metal.
How big is it?
42 × 29.5 cm (16.5 × 11.6 in), sized for a whole chicken, a ham or a turkey crown, and it fits a standard US oven rack. The Mini is 30 × 21 cm (11.8 × 8.3 in) and also fits larger air fryers: wide-basket models and air fryer ovens with a floor of about 10 × 7 in or more. It won't fit the small square 5–6 qt baskets.
How do I clean it?
Let it cool, unsnap the corners and peel off the baked-on layer. Rinse with warm soapy water. It's also dishwasher-safe.
More than a tray. A seat at the table.
Every TrayFold ends up in a real home kitchen, under the roasts that bring everyone together. Welcome to the family.
