Where we ship
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe: all EU countries plus Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican City. We can't ship to other countries at the moment.
Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes up to 9 days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Customs and import fees
Prices include shipping. If your country charges import duties or taxes on your order, those charges are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 9 days, the tracking hasn't updated for a while, or the item arrives damaged, email us at trayfoldd@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can only change the address before the order ships.
