How to ask for a refund
Email trayfoldd@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on what went wrong. We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
EU and UK customers
You also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This guarantee does not limit your legal rights.
