The product must be unused and in its original packaging;
The return application must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product;
Non-human damage and non-customized products can be returned or exchanged.
2. Non-return situations
The product has been used, damaged, or lacks original accessories;
Exceeded the return application period;
Items clearly marked as “non-returnable”.
3. Return process
Please submit a return application via email to azurecore@trayfold.com, and attach the order number and reason for return;
After review, we will provide the return address and operating instructions;
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee (if there is a product quality problem, we will bear the relevant fees);
We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the return and confirming that the product is intact.
4. Exchange Service If you wish to change the color or style, please indicate this when applying for a return. We will arrange a replacement for you if stock permits.
5. Refund Method The refund will be returned to your payment account via the original route, and the arrival time depends on the payment platform.
